Working as a part of the Student Administration team known for its approachability and excellent customer service, you will be responsible for the operational provision of our teaching, exam and room booking timetable. Your work will have a direct impact on our students’ experience by developing and refining timetabling process. 

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a can-do attitude and a proven experience of working in a student support or service environment in higher education. You need to know timetabling application e.g. CELCAT, CMiS or Syllabus Plus and have experience of data entry and be highly competent in Excel. You will enjoy working in a fast paced customer focussed environment and you will thrive on a challenge.
