We are looking to recruit 4 full time positions. You will be part of the busy and dedicated students’ enquiry service – Gateway/Reception. Our Gateway is a one-stop-shop and first point of contact for students on all aspects of university life from their point of arrival through to graduation. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and will be at the heart of the Gateway’s operations in helping, supporting and advising our students. You will be providing advice and guidance as well as assisting with the delivery of events, activities and induction sessions for students. This is a varied role in which you will be able to see the positive impact of your work on students’ lives and journey through higher education on a daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with a solid understanding of the importance of customer care, be approachable and have a can-do attitude. You will also need to have exceptional communication skills to easily develop a rapport with a variety of students. In addition, you will have proven knowledge and experience of delivering information and advice in a range of specific areas, as well as experience of facilitating events and enrichment activities.
