You&rsquo;ll develop practical skills in analytical and organic chemistry while contributing directly to student learning.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You&rsquo;ll receive structured training, mentoring, and regular development reviews, preparing you to progress into a Grade C Chemistry Laboratory Technician role. It&rsquo;s an excellent opportunity to build confidence, gain real experience, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive team.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Is this you?</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You enjoy practical, hands‑on work and have a genuine interest in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, and laboratory operations. You may be early in your technical career, but you&rsquo;re keen to learn and develop your skills.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You&rsquo;re comfortable following procedures, working safely, and supporting others in a busy teaching environment. You have a developing understanding of health and safety principles, including COSHH and risk assessments.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You communicate well, work positively with colleagues and students, and take pride in keeping laboratory spaces organised and ready for use.
