Your responsibilities will include managing and delivering an Innovate UK awarded KTP between the University of Sunderland and Training in Care Ltd, focusing on a strategic innovation programme within the company to significantly improve performance.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">As a team member, you will play a crucial role in propelling our programme&#39;s advancement by effectively applying your knowledge and expertise within a business-oriented context.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">A generous budget of personal training and development will be made available for your professional development, which can be tailored to address gaps in knowledge required to deliver this project and develop skills for future career progression. Travel and subsistence budget and residential leadership and management courses are available to support the delivery of the project and your development.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">If you are passionate about innovation, consider joining our successful team.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Is this you?</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Your experience includes:</p><div style="margin-left:0cm;"><ul><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Digital marketing, including designing and implementing marketing strategies for domestic and international expansion.</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Managing projects.</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Ability to design and implement training programmes.</li></ul></div><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Your expertise includes:</p><div style="margin-left:0cm;"><ul><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Proficiency in strategic marketing, both domestic and international.</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and apply it to business improvement.</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">A proactive attitude toward learning new skills, adapting to new challenges, and integrating multidisciplinary knowledge into practical solutions.</li></ul></div><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><em>Please note this role is an Innovate Uk funded Knowledge Transfer Partnership fixed term contract.
