We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our friendly and supportive HR Business Partnering team as a Recruitment Administrator. We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in an administration role, with excellent general admin skills, to provide assistance in all recruitment based activities as well as the delivery of key HR administration services as and when required. This is an great opportunity for anyone wanting to begin a career in HR and Recruitment.

This role is part-time, working 18.5 hours per week (exact days to be determined).

You will work closely with our current Human Resources Assistants and wider HR Business Partnering team to provide an efficient and customer focused recruitment services to our key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn from the team and develop your HR skills and experience. This role would be ideal for someone who has experience of balancing a busy workload and can provide exceptional customer service.

Holding GCSE Grade C/ Level 4, or equivalent, in Maths and English, you will have experience of providing comprehensive administrative support.

Previous experience of working in a HR or Recruitment environment would be an advantage but not essential. Enthusiasm, a flexible approach and passion are fundamental to this role, as is the drive to succeed and a commitment to making a difference.

Our current team consists of 6 HR Business Partners, 2 Assistant HR Business Partners, 2 HR Assistants (this role being 1 of those), 2 HR Administrators and 1 HR Apprentice, supporting approximately 1600 staff. We are a supportive and friendly team and are very much part of our client support areas.
