An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Development and Alumni Office at the University of Sunderland.

The Development and Alumni team work to:

   • Raise funds towards the work of the University with the help of supporters, alumni and friends, and to administer the work of the Development Trust (a registered charity)
   • Maintain a lasting relationship between the University and its graduates through the Alumni Association

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic team player to join our busy and vibrant team.  As Development and Alumni Assistant you will play a vital and varied role in supporting all areas of the Office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in alumni relations or fundraising in Higher Education, the Third Sector or in a client facing organisation.  They will have a proven track record of working with a large database or CRM system.  They will have experience of working in, and helping to administer, a busy office supporting a wide and varied set of tasks.
