Continuous Improvement, Change and Compliance (CICC) is a newly formed service which has been created as part of the wider University cross institutional review. This small service has been allocated a challenging and yet exciting agenda which is responsible for a wide assurance, compliance and efficiency agenda. Over the next period the service will play a pivotal role in the successfulness of the wider University.

To support in the delivery of this agenda we are looking for a candidate with experience and the ability to deliver challenging yet meaningful activity in the areas of Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement. Supported by a small team and an external partnership with PwC, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the audit plan as well as the management and oversight of the University's approach to Continual Improvement and the University's insurance framework.In addition the successful candidate must posses high level communication skills, be driven and have the ability to deal with many, often conflicting, demands.
