The Faculty of Business, Law and Tourism at the University of Sunderland is looking for an ambitious, driven and talented individual to join us as a Lecturer in the delivery and development of esports and esports event management modules and to contribute to the research culture within the area.

The Hospitality, Events, Aviation and Tourism department achieves highly with both regional and global impact, guiding our students through positive ‘life-changing’ educational experiences. Our networks, relationships and facilities include delivery through campus locations in both Hong Kong and London and across strategic partners throughout Europe, Africa, North America and Asia as well as engaging businesses from across the region. Applicants new to the region will find us located at our highly attractive riverside campus, with breath-taking beaches and countryside close-by.

We are particularly interested in hearing from those with an excellent track record in teaching and a background in esports and events management. 

The successful candidate should also have expertise in digital technology and the visitor economy.
