You’ll have the ability to lead strategically, communicate effectively, and plan with precision. You'll be passionate about supporting learners from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment, and helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in practice. NMC registration and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject area are essential for this position.
