Associate Lecturer (UG Business- Accounting, Finance and Business Analytics)

Hours: Variable Hours

Hourly Rate for Category 1 Work : £27.20-£32.30

Contract: Fixed Term for until 31 July 2026 (subject to review)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a student-focused Associate Lecturer to teach, assess, and support undergraduate students across the following subject areas: Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics. We are looking for experts who can deliver engaging lectures, interactive seminars, and high-quality research supervision.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience teaching Business Management in Higher Education as a Lecturer, with specific experience teaching Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics, as well as an undergraduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject area.

You should be able to connect academic theory to practical applications through excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in both online and face-to-face teaching is essential, as is confidence in using digital tools to enhance learning.
