This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and training of prospective nurses undergoing the MNurse (Adult) programme in the vibrant School of Nursing and Health Sciences and to contribute to the promotion of teaching, research and reach-out activities across the faculty. You will join our creative team of nurse educators and contribute to our thriving partnership with schools. The MNurse Programme is a new programme in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences which enables graduates with healthcare experience to undertake a pre-registration adult nursing master's programme.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse with a passion for teaching and relevant experience of pre-registration education . The role also requires the successful candidate to take be an autonomous educator who can offer expert knowledge, guidance and support to the student and the wider team. The Programme Leader role is both exciting and challenging and requires excellent knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning; supporting staff and trainees within and across teams, and successfully leading modules in an HEI setting.

The successful role-holder will have a post graduate qualification, preferably in education or specialist clinical practice and have wide experience in the delivery of pre-registration programmes. If you hold the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

Knowledge and experience of pre-registration nursing programmes and the NMC (2018) Future Nurse: Standards of Proficiency for Registered Nurses are essential as well as experience of module and / or programme leadership and skills in learning and teaching a blended learning curriculum.
