About the Role

As our Head of Marketing, you will take the helm of our marketing activities and provide strategic leadership, oversight, and evaluation. Your mission will be to craft cutting-edge multi-platform campaigns and captivating content that resonates with our diverse audience while effectively advancing our institutional and recruitment goals. You will be the mastermind behind our brand marketing strategies, aiming to elevate our brand awareness and positioning within the Higher Education landscape. Your ability to identify unique opportunities will help set us apart from the competition.

Staying at the forefront of our field will be imperative. You will keep a watchful eye on innovations, emerging trends, and opportunities in the Higher Education sector and the wider external environment. You will set clear expectations and objectives for the team.

This is a role where your creativity and strategic acumen will not only elevate our University, but also contribute to transforming lives and communities.

About You

You possess the acumen to translate numbers into actionable strategies that yield positive results. In the realm of leadership, your approach isn't just effective, it's inspirational. Your extensive experience in guiding and nurturing teams has cultivated an environment of innovation and collaboration.

With a track record that speaks volumes, you will be ready to take the next step and make a profound impact as our Head of Marketing, here at the University of Sunderland.
