We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to progress and develop their career in HR to join our HR Business Partnering team. We are looking for someone with employee relations experience to provide first line advice and support to managers dealing with a range of ER issues and Recruitment queries, as well as providing the full generalist HR Assistant role covering the whole employee lifecycle.

This role is part-time, working three days a week (days to be determined). 

You will work closely with our current HR Assistant and HR Business Partners to provide an excellent business partnering service to our key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn from their strategic lead whilst developing your skills and experience in a generalist background, advising managers within your allocated client support areas. This role would be ideal for someone who has experience of balancing a busy and varied workload and can provide exceptional customer service.

You will be CIPD qualified (Associate level), or have equivalent HR experience, and will also be educated to A Level standard.

Our current team consists of 6 HR Business Partners, 2 Assistant HR Business Partners, 2 HR Assistants (this role being 1 of those), 2 HR Administrators and 1 HR Apprentice, supporting approximately 1600 staff. We are a supportive and friendly team and are very much part of our client support areas.
