A new and exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced and credible Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team.
This newly created role will be critically important in supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner in shaping a new talent acquisition service offering, supporting the University to source the best talent to deliver our student-focused, professions-facing and society shaping ambitions.
The role will include an enticing portfolio of work such as assisting with and coordinating channels for candidate attraction and on-boarding, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
We are looking for someone with a proven recruitment experience, ideally with applicant tracking systems, experience of direct sourcing with strong communication skills.
In return, we offer an excellent work environment with hybrid working arrangements, generous annual leave entitlements (+ 5 closure days over Christmas break + 8 Public Holidays) and Local Government Pension Scheme. We celebrate and encourage diversity.
