As part of the Management Information and Market Insights team you will compile and analyse data to identify potential market opportunities and challenges for the University. You will assist in the development of business intelligence to support strategic decision making and produce routine and ad-hoc management information reports to support operational decision making. You will also have a role in the monitoring and evaluation of key institutional surveys.

You will have experience of gathering, analysing, interpreting and reporting data and be able to use these skills to produce evaluation and recommendations which align with and support the University's focus and strategic priorities.

You will have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload in a dynamic environment, being able to work as part of a team but also use your initiative to resolve complex problems and propose solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to provide persuasive arguments to action change.

You will have excellent IT skills and knowledge of business intelligence tools and their use in the running of a large organisation. Experience of using Alteryx (or similar) software would be desirable, however training will be provided.
