Looking for a career in Human Resources?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join the University’s Human Resources department to undertake an entry level position as a Human Resources Administrator.
The person undertaking this role can expect to be busy, working on a variety of administration activities, providing support to the Human Resources Assistants and Business Partners in the delivery of key HR administration services.

You will have a proactive and commercially focused approach as you will be supporting an organisation going through rapid change. There is never a dull moment so you will be expected to juggle a wide range of responsibilities, however, you will have the help and support of a dedicated and friendly team.

Holding GCSE Grade C, or equivalent, in Maths and English, you will have experience of providing comprehensive administrative support to strict deadlines. Previous experience of working in a HR environment would be an advantage although enthusiasm, a flexible approach and passion are fundamental to this role, as is the drive to succeed and a commitment to making a difference.
