A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking Personal Assistant and Service Support Administrator to support the Directors in HR and Finance. This is a full time permanent position.

The successful candidate will have significant administrative experience and have excellent communication skills and able to manage their time effectively. Attention to details is also important for this role, as is discretion and an ability to work flexibly when required.  

This role requires is for someone who is as comfortable in dealing with MS software and IT systems as they are in dealing with a range of stakeholders interacting with the HR and Finance and the senior management team. The candidate will be proactive and continuously improving customer service, systems and processes and be a key contact for the Directors and provide efficient, effective and confidential PA and administrative support.
