An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Academic Registry at the University of Sunderland. We have a permanent position within Programme Administration, where you will join a team providing a proactive, professional administrative service supporting the delivery of our Sunderland Online programmes.

As a Programme Administration Assistant you will deliver a professional support service to members of staff, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to enable you to work with colleagues both within the Academic Registry and the services beyond. You will work in a fast paced, challenging but exciting environment, showing strong attention to detail and delivering accuracy under pressure.

The successful candidates will have a positive approach to their work, a desire to undertake continuous self-improvement and to proactively acquire new knowledge. Your user expertise in IT systems will be good and include solid experience of Microsoft Office.
