This is an amazing opportunity to work for a fantastic employer - The University of Sunderland as part of the North-East workforce skills programme are looking to appoint a talented Business Development advisor to support an exciting project.
This role will build and grow more businesses that access the European Social Fund (ESF) training into the MTC Training Company. Maintain existing client relationships successfully and build new relationships which lead to the uptake of ESF training; achieving specific targets of participation and revenue.
This role offers the right candidate:
•Generous holiday allowance of 39 days (incl. basic allowance of 26 days, plus an additional 5 days over the Christmas break and 8 bank holidays.

MTC Training along with a number of other partners are supporting the delivery of this project through to December 2023 and this post is being part funded by the European Social Fund.
As a Business Development Consultant you will have:
Significant sales experience with a customer focussed approach
Knowledge of IT training/ training packages
Ability to communicate with potential customers effectively in all formats
