The Graduate Internship Scheme is a collaboration between the University of Sunderland, a recent Graduate and a regional SME. The Scheme has been designed to benefit both the Graduate and the company, ensuring that the Graduate takes the first steps on the career ladder whilst the company benefits from the Graduates enthusiasm, expertise and up to date knowledge.  

The Internship is a full-time position.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in the recruitment sector – recruiting candidates for the IT and Technical sectors.

This role is responsible for the business development of the client base on the IT and Technical recruitment desk, alongside contributing towards the strategic growth of the organisation in general.

Key tasks:

  • To source candidates for IT jobs and roles using social media and database
  • To liaise with clients and candidates on interviews
  • To enter details on CRM system
  • To work with IT Team in building brand and name awareness
  • CV formatting
  • Source new clients and job roles
  • Working to targets

This is a full-time position (37 hours). You must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship to qualify for this role and must be available to work full-time.
