Always wanted to teach, looking for an opportunity to share your passion for Law then this will be of interest to you.

At Sunderland you will find that we are a forward -thinking Law school, on the back of excellent NSS scores and student outcomes, we have developed new and exciting programmes, with both a strong academic content, but also professional skills content . This means that we are looking to appoint new members of staff to contribute to the teaching in our excellent and well regarded Law school. If you have a passion for sharing your understanding of any of the following areas - but not exclusively; 

  • Tort Law 
  • Civil law and procedures
  • Criminal law and procedure
  • Business Law

If you are interested in both both face-to-face and online programmes then we are interested in hearing from you! 

Please note also we are also always interested to hear from practitioners who may be willing to contribute to our Student Law Clinic, or to aspects of teaching on our LPC Programme. 

Suitably qualified tutors or applicants with recent practitioner experience who would like to add to their excellent academic credentials are particularly welcome to apply.
