The Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing is pushing forward with exciting new developments in curriculum; with exciting content online and a number of new format awards to complement our suite of established courses. We have a reputation for student satisfaction, student support and student employability and we are looking to appoint markers across a range of Nursing disciplines.
£17.78 per hour

We are looking to appoint markers (hours by agreement) to mark summative assessments on our 100% Online Nursing programmes. 

Modules include: 


Theory and Practice in Healthcare 

Research Methods

Foundations of Management and Leadership

The Facilitation of Earning in a clinical practice 

Innovation in Education

Preparation for Mentorship

The Advanced Practitioner

Evidence Based Practice 

Contemporary Nursing: The E-Nurse

Health Inequalities and Determinants in Health 

Management and Leadership in Care Delivery

Meaningful Patient Carer and Public Involvement

Quality Improvement, Innovation and Change in Health and Care settings


We welcome applications from suitably qualified markers with appropriate academic credentials. Markers should possess a minimum of a master’s or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience of marking in higher education would also be very desirable.
