Working alongside another Student Administration Manager (Programme Support), you will be responsible for the delivery of a focused administrative support function for students and staff at the University of Sunderland in London (UoSiL), providing a flexible and innovative approach to the delivery of a wide variety of administrative functions. You will be supporting colleagues within the Student Administration and Systems department in the continuous development of staff and strategic priorities and serve as a key member of departments’ management team. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar academic support/administration role within Higher Education coupled with a demonstrable understanding of Higher Education programme structures and their requirements. A proven track record of effective leadership and resource management skills is essential and you will enjoy working in a fast paced customer focussed environment. In addition, you will need to have experience working with international students and have knowledge of the associated visa requirements.
