If your answer is ‘yes’, we have a great opportunity for you to experience it all for yourself as a Student Engagement Officer (Insights and Enhancements).

As a Student Engagement Officer (Insights and Enhancements) you will be working to provide a series of early interventions directly to our students to ensure they continuously engage with their programme of study. You will role model a student-centred approach, oversee elements of team and operational delivery, as well as managing your own case load. You will be at the heart of the support we offer and you will see the positive impact of your work on their lives and journey through higher education on a daily basis.  

You will be passionate about exceptional customer service, have a can-do attitude and a proven experience of working in customer focussed environment.  In addition, you will have proven experience of dealing with complex information and providing guidance as well as excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills.   You also need to have excellent communication skills to easily develop a rapport with variety of students from different walks of life, as well as the ability to deal with enquiries in a sensitive manner.
