This a brand new role which will focus on the management of a specialist student service for those with diagnosed or emerging mental health conditions. You will provide mental health support to a caseload of students including those who have more severe, complex, and enduring difficulties; ensuring students obtain appropriate treatment and support to successfully complete their studies. You will be a key member of the wider services for students’ team and will assist the Head and Assistant Head of Service for Students in the continuous review and development of the service.
To be successful in this role, you will have professional mental health qualification as well as membership of a relevant professional body. You will have knowledge of the higher education sector and experience managing a large caseload of students or clients presenting with a wide range of mental health related issues. You will be a skilled communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads and projects to deadline.

To meet the requirements of this student-facing role, we anticipate the successful candidate will be based full-time at the UoSiL campus in Canary Wharf, in London. We will consider flexible working if needed.
